    Great day at New Malones. Water temp- lower 60s. This guy was one of several today. The bite was on once the breeze picked up.

    My boat partner caught this 5.4lbs Largemouth first thing out of the gate. He used a top water popper. The big guy dove down and wrapped himself around a tree branch. ...more It was a team effort to get him out but finally did! The rest of the day was tough...but that was alright after this catch.
