Moccasin Creek Fishing Reports

Recently shared catches and fishing spots

  1. Water much lower than pictured here this Summer (July 7, 2018). Caught 2 large mouth bass (1.5 lb each) from land casting to submerged trees with a black swirly ...more worm on a texas rig. Also had another hit but missed. Started fishing around 6:45 am, finished at 11:00 am (calm water, 95+ degree day). Fish were jumping for flies on top of the water the entire time I was fishing. Will definitely bring some top water flies in the future.

1 lb. 5 oz. Largemouth Bass with a Black Swirly Worm (plastic)

  2. Planning a trip next week, any suggestions or comments?
