    Caught this gnarly dude on a hopper and dropped, pretty stoked when I reeled him in.

      Yes, it's either that or a mudcat(yellow bullhead). I'm not sure if y'all have those up there though.

    Details: Brown Trout with a Golden Stone dry with Caddis Nymph Sinker

    Dad slamming the trout! He caught this nice brown towards the end of the float on the dry. Awesome fight and prize. I ended up taking the 4wt today and caught a ...more decent amount of fish, but broke off a 24in on it. Frustrating, but still a great day. (CFU: 13,100; Temp: 64f; Visibility: Clear; Conditions: Windy at times but not too much)

      @TenneseeTroutboy @Chris_Walker Rainbow/Cutthroat hybrids are quite common in the West, so common they even have a name: Cutbows. This is definitely a Cutbow. 😉
