    Fished Lake Bonham for the first time today and managed these 3 bass. Fishing was tough especially as the wind picked up and the water got murky but we found the ...more bigger one and the top right one holding to a brush pile in a pocket about 1 foot deep; the other bass came off've the interior channel of a bridge. Hoped for some better conditions but fish are fish and no sunset pic = a successful day!

      Ya I had a scale it was 2.3 pounds I looked and the record is like 2.02 @WPS_fishing

      Actually that is a green sunfish. Similar to a bluegill, except the fins on the underside are lined with yellow and there is a small but faint border on the ear. ...more Nice one

      I switched to live bait under a cork, I'll wait to see if i catch anything. I also have a rod set out for catfish, I have chicken liver on that one.
