West Branch Cooper River Fishing Reports

Recently shared catches and fishing spots

  1. Details: 208 in. Largemouth Bass with a Pop-R

  2. I'm going fishing at Santee Cooper the second weekend of April. This will be my first time fishing there. Fishing for Bass. Any advice would be greatly appreciated ...more as to what bait/lures seem to be popular this time of year. I know people don't like to give up their honey holes but any "round about locations" would be helpful too! Thanks!!!

If the tide is not going out to low around sunrise (on Cooper River) that weekend, reschedule. Outgoing tide around sunrise is far superior. Lakes - be careful outside ...more channel markers - lots of stumps.
