Any advice would be greatly appreciated ...more as to what bait/lures seem to be popular this time of year. I fished santee years ago. been awhile. but be careful of the hidden stumps. you can run the channel safely, which is marked pretty good. but after that a lot of ...more stumps that makes the lake great. swallow crank baits and spinner bait worked pretty good and the stumps and lille pads. I fished the lower lake, but the very north area of that lake. good luck and BE SAFE.
