      I'm the other way around . I have my bow fishing reel on my compound and I use recurve for deer . I don't wanna try mounting the reel on it.

      I love my recurve bow I have a compound for large game like deer but i love the instinct and skill you have to show with the recurve It feels just a little more ...more primal I am man see what i have killed!
