    Steelhead Trout with a 5 feet altra light

  2. Got a BONUS FISH yesterday.. lol. Handtied a fly on the river bank when i got there yesterday, AND IT PAID OFF!! Caught this nice bow in a school of salmon, ...more ate my fly as well as this king. 😁🍻🎣🎣🎣 not too bad for someone that dont tie flys 😁

      Kevin believe it or not.. ive been using different colored spawn bag material as the base for the fly.. basically its the netting material, red, chartreuse, pink.. ...more i take 2 or 3 netting pieces and fold in half 3 ties then i sink the hook into the tip of material 3 ties then i tie the front piece of the netting to the shank of the hook give it a couple half hitches and BOOOM!!! AND THEY HAVE BEEN GRABBING IT.. AS WELL AS THE TROUT.. LOL

  6. Has high water levels and will be difficult to fish. Anglers should still find a fair to good number of steelhead. Water temperatures were near 40 degrees.
