  4. Tourney last week. Fish were on the transition to shallows for prespawn. 3 fish limit we took second with 11.48

      Fish should be up in beds at that point. If you want to pound banks then do it. Otherwise just fish south pond

  • McDonough Lake

    Here if you come during the week the ramp is not open until 10 AM. Weekends it opens at eight but you have to wait. Then you must be off the water by sunset. They charge 8 to park and 8 to launch.

    Buck Pond is a natural great pond. It is one of a series of ponds known as the Hampton Ponds. Access is from Mountain Road off Route 202. Maximum depth: 21 feet. No boat livery. No trout water.
