    I fished a little bit last weekend at the cabin. Bass fishing was excellent in the Creek. Didn't get much of a chance to fish the main lake but cabbage seems ...more to be doing really well. I saw one big fish near the west shore cabbage bed. I posted a couple spots and catches.

    Caught a small pike right off the dock of the cabin. Nothing to write home about but the kids got a huge kick out of it

      I only do in thick cover and around nightfall. I've never had a lot of luck on them, but it sure is fun when you to hook into one.

      Nice! Do you usually throw those for pike? I've had really good luck on pike with buzz baits this year while fishing from 7 pm to dark. My hookup ratio literally ...more doubled after I added a heavy duty trailer hook to my buzz baits recently
