    Just spent 8 miserable days on Pelican. Way too cold. Some locals getting one eye every couple of days. Weak Northern bite. Even the stupid bass slow, should ...more be good by Saturday or next week. See temp 39 degrees at 7 this A.M. water slow to warm up. Figure eyes finished spawn so now post spawn for a week or two.
