I'm looking to do some night-time catfishing on Fox Chain O'lakes in Illinois but have no idea where overnight access is permitted for bank fishing. Most ...more of the shoreline looks like private property. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. I've mostly been looking at Pistakee lake as Channel Cats seem to be the dominant fish in that one.
