I don’t do a ton of saltwater fishing these days. When I do, I jig! When I jig, I catch fish! Lol!!! It’s that simple. August/ September is the best time of year ...more for Fluke. Today was great, catch free bait at the marina with 1 throw of the castnet. Put the bait on a jighead, jig the bait, then “WHAMMO”, get the net, get the net!!! That was the story all morning at the Rattlesnake. The afternoon bite sucked however. TIGHT LINEZ!!!
P. S. The rest of the fish were already filleted by the time I came up after cleaning the boat. These were the only 2 fish left I could get for a pic. That kid is fast with the knife.........sheeeeesh!!!!!🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻
