Was out by Lake Monroe on Friday (03/07/14), still about 1/2 covered in ice. Getting water temp readings from USGS Mobile Water Data of 36 - 37 degrees in Salt Creek, ...more south of the Monroe dam. Still have some warming up to do. Hopefully a few days of 60+ degree weather will help. Gotta get out there soon!
