1. The winds have finally calmed down and the boats are out fishing today! We have two boats offshore and we've seen many private boats head out as well so we should ...more have a good report this afternoon when they return.

Because of the high winds for almost a week now, most anglers have been shore fishing to curb their appetite for a bite. Rudee Inlet has been quite the hot spot and we've been hearing some good reports that Puppy Drum and Spot are the most prevalent fish right now and the Speckled Trout have even started to show up. We have been doing our best to keep the Bloodworms in stock for everyone as they have been the choice bait and flying off the shelf. Artificial Bloodworms and artificial Clams have been very popular and as always, the Gulp are the choice grubs. Squid and Mullet have been the favorite cut bait among the anglers which we have also been doing our best at keeping stocked. When the fish are biting we can always tell by how fast we sell down our bait!
