Well we finally are going to have some fall like weather this weekend. Cold, Breezy, and some rain showers to go with it. The nice thing is, the fish love this ...more kind of weather. Fishing has definitely picked up compared to the last couple of weeks. Walleyes and smallies are biting at the dam. Jig and crawler combos are preferred, along with deeper diving crankbaits. We also started getting some crappie action picking up this week. Crappies were hanging off the rock walls, and we were catching them with crappie minnows. We will see how this weekend plays out, but it should be a good weekend for fishing. Good Luck!!!
