      I started fishing naifc tournaments and it made me super competitive. So now every time I fish I'm constantly hole hopping and drilling out the lake. I can't ...more stay in one spot long enough to set up a shack although it would be nice sometimes. My endless pursuit for a 12" Gill and a 16" crappie keeps me going! I think it's awesome that you are out fishing in those temps, your a tough one! Keep up the good work!!

      I just started last winter- never before and honestly with as much as I don't like the cold I was apprehensive but one time and I was "hooked" lol. ...more Chad no gloves or shanty is hardcore

      I guess it's something you have to be brought up doing to appreciate. I fish about 6 days a week in the winter and never bring a shack or wear gloves. Hinders ...more my performance.. lol

      Ice fishing makes winters bearable for me- never thought I'd say bring on the cold and let make some ice!

      I had a trip last January at the Marsh. 26 degrees that morning carpet on the Nitro was frozen! Client caught two 10 lb Bass and an 11. Great trip but way too cold ...more for Florida.

      It's funny, I'm stuck working in Texas and all I can think about is getting back to wi where it's cold so I can fish again! Lol
