Finally got my first mangrove snapper. This makes new species #2 for the day. I was in the middle of dehooked my redfish when this guy nearly pulled my bait catching pole in the water. Had to throw the redfish quickly back and save it. Good fight from the little guy and I clearly see why they call them snappers with those fangs. Cool catch. tampafish 0Red snapper is good but I prefer mangrove cause you can get more of them and I think they taste better. The best is yellowtail snapper
