Went kayak fishing today with my dad and had a great day! He caught 7 specks on a vudu shrimp under a popping cork, and I caught 2 reds and 3 bass fishing a Texas rigged matrix shad swimming it around the grass. The red on the left is 26.5" and the one on the right is 24".

Jacob DeRamus 0Not very far. Paddle down the main canal to the right and then go down the first smaller canal you see. Then there's a pond along that smaller canal that's ...more loaded with fish.

Evan Geiger 0@makzymos alot of people eat bass and there is absolutely nothing wrong with eating them. They do not taste overly fishy and they filet well. I do not eat them often ...more because I like to conserve
