Fishing with two teammates, one from Waxahatchie, the other from Oklahoma, neither had ever caught a shark (or even saltwater fished) until about a year ago. They've been wanting to get one some from the sand and I was finally able to put them on one. Not a monster but a nice 4ft class fish. Caught on a penn 6/0 senator with 50# mono and custom leader.
