Wanted to try targeting one species today. I've never done this before and thought it'd be a challenge. Decided to go for flounder. It was decently calm this morning around 7 MPH winds from the South, fishing in about 4 FOW next to an island with a sandy bottom. Slow retrieve with small twitches worked well. Largest flounder was 17.5in and smallest was 16in. Had a few just short of keeper size.
