Went exploring with the fly rod and the waders Friday, and was able to find some very cool areas! This red fought like crazy, I can't imagine what a big one will fight like on the fly! I'm ready to continue exploring and chasing these guys on the fly. Weather was cloudy most of the day, bait was everywhere.

      Decent @skip_and_pitch. Caught one nice trout myself and buddy caught one rat red. Lots of bait, the predators were just bein shy.

      I do both @skip_and_pitch but I like to take the kayak into marshes. Was actually in that area just yesterday

      Nice man. Lemme know if you're ever looking to fish with anybody in that area. I know the south end of west bay fairly well and enjoy fishing it. Would love ...more to see a good one on the fly too
