Put my recently built harrington 552 on some drums today using live blue crab on 5' 400lb leaders using 12/0 Gamakatsu circle hooks and 8oz spider weights I made

      It's a hit or miss @ThatOneFisher that's why they call it fishing

      @bassmaster417 The 400lb line is just the leader. Main line is 20-40lb usually for casting setups

      Oh cause when I fish reds I use 15-20lb test

      Sweet. I'm thinking of going in 2 weeks, do you think they will still be out there or should I go after bull reds?

      And I use 400lb leaders cause u never know what ur gonna hook up to from the regular bull red to 200lb Rays and sharks and also when using my leader grabber instead ...more of a net @bassmaster417

      We landed around 10 between me and a couple of friends and the rest of the people labeled about 15 more @ThatOneFisher
