This is my new pb bass on the fly and first bass on my 2wt the same conditions as the last blert the shrimp was slightly too big for the blugill and greenies to take so the bass would always take the fly on the drop @atxflyfishing fly worked great for bass

But wooly buggers, clouser minnows, nymphs, egg patterns that look like corn or food pellets would be my go to flys its best to ask your local fly shop to see what ...more they like in your area for color wise

And with my 8wt which is for bigger bass I use poppers and larger streamers

Well with my 2-5wts I use mostly shineybead headed nymphs, wooly buggers in different colors but mostly black and white, and some top water flys like mayfly drys ...more or poppers

What kinds of flys do you use for bass fishing and pan fishing?
    7. King_Fisher 0
      I might try that.

Sounds like the 5'6" would be good if they don't spook easily I like the 5'6 because it bends a lot more then a 9ft rod @King_Fisher

Depends where you fish I myself just like the 5'6" the only probablem is a 7.5ft leader is kind of to long for the rod so if you have easliy spooked fish ...more it would be hard @King_Fisher the 6'6 could

I was looking in to getting that rod either in 5'6 or 6'6 what do you think about it?
