fly fishing float trip yesterday on the Guadalupe. 15 rainbows between 4 of us. current/flow was weak and fish were small (nothing > 20 in) but setting was great. guide called the flies we were using "eggs" but as suspected when I asked him what the fish think these are he said "the food pellets they were used to eating in the hatchery holding tanks". not the purest experience but fun to do once
