Finally took my boat out. The bulkhead I fished is a steady producer. During summer it's very crowded. Troll that bulkhead until you get on them then ease the anchor into the water so the fish don't spook. This place jams with good tidal movement. My buddy caught 4 specks too he was using shrimp.
