Went out tonight with a new Okuma Guide Select rod and was throwing a MS Mini Slammer. Casts a mile, really happy with the rod power and feel. Was pretty windy, 81 degrees and was casting against the wind along the shores. This dude choked my slammer, was an awesome hit and I got a hard set on him. Gotta love swimbaits!! Caught several fish on a black buzzbait also. Top water bite is on!
