I'm still catching a lot of 3 lb pike. I'm actually pretty fortunate because I can catch them. They put up a big fight! I found out the reason why some big pike aren't biting. There must have been an unusual two waves of panfishing spawning season that disrupts the pikes feeding cycle. So the big ones are already filled up until the cold season begins. It's been an unusual year at the lake!
