  The way is use it is just putting it on a weightless hook and no weights at all and then just throw it right in front of the fish and let it swim around but finger ...more mullet is better for schooling trout

  That day we used a 5oz weight with copper wires coming out of it and about 7inches down there was a circle hook forgot what size but it had a good thickness to it. ...more And yea finger mullet would work
