Lunch break Crappie . Love catching these guys! Decent size too . Always wondered if crappie is good eating ? Never think to bring any home . Anyone's opinion would be great .

      Crappie are TERRIFIC eating. IMO second only to Walleye and Yellow Perch.

      My favorite fish to eat, fry em up just like u would bluegill or perch, add tartar sauce and man thats good eatin
