Hey Scouters, it's that time of year again, the bays are heating up and the bite is on! Imagine your fishing buddy calls you up and wants to go wade fish a new section of the bay y'all have never fished before. Its a bright sunny day with a breeze out of the south, and the water is slightly stained. Your after reds and trout mostly, but aren't picky on species. What's your plan of action?

I'd throw the box at them and focus on nervous water. Quiet/stealth is key in skinny water. Gulp or vudu under a shallow popping cork will entice a bite in the ...more marsh channels too.

@ReelGame yup! Start with tops (spooks and strikepro hunchback) on grass lines and at nervous water. Then switch to a double gulp rig. Then weedless sand eels. Queen ...more cocahoes. Weedless spoon.

That would be perfect to throw tops with a light breeze to cover water quickly then I would throw some Vudu or Shrimp tails and get em
