Fished Surfside Jettys around 5:30am on 5-24. Caught one Smack on dead shrimp under a popping cork and a croaker on live mud minnow. Moved over to Quintana Jettys around 7:30am. Stopped about half way down and fished beach side. Cut the croaker up and fished the bottom. Caught 6 Gaffttop around 5lbs each in 20 minutes. Water was a little rough and dirty but fishable. 15mph South wind.
