Found this guy while we were fishing. Easily 8-9ft but his head was cut off. If he was poached... Why was his tail still there.

  That's a damn shame. I'd of kept the tail and jaws before the head, you can't eat the head anyways.

  No, a boat prop couldn't cut the head completely off of a big gator like that. @jeanpear713
