I order my bowfishing stuff from backwaterbowfishing.com, and bowfishingextreme.com

Where can you buy it from? @SwampMafia
    3. Swamp Mafia 0
I would buy it again in a heart beat. Far better than the twisted nylon I used to use, and better than the braided Dacron that came with my retriever.

      Really? @SwampMafia
    5. Swamp Mafia 0
But it's the best string ever! I have no fear of a fish breaking it, or it wearing out for years.
    6. Alex Holland 0
Haha that's a lot for just basically string! @SwampMafia

100' of 400# is around or just over 20.oo
    8. Alex Holland 0
How much is the white? @SwampMafia
    9. Swamp Mafia 0
It's great line! I don't think they have any glow line, but its white and easy to see in the water.
    10. Alex Holland 0
Yep and really? Do they make glow in the dark line? @SwampMafia
    11. Swamp Mafia 0
Sounds like its time to upgrade line. The 400# fast flight is about the same size as the 200#Dacron and it is many times more durable. I have shot thousands of fish ...more with the same line and it looks new

Idk he has 200 lbs text and the gar bit the line and the gar to his arrow as well
    14. Swamp Mafia 0
I have 100' of 400# fast flight in my retriever. I have taken several in the 6' range and many back up shots as well.
    15. Swamp Mafia 0
What kind of line is he using?
    16. Alex Holland 0
      @SwampMafia
    17. Alex Holland 0
My friend stuck a 5 footer about an hour ago and it snapped his line
    18. Swamp Mafia 0
I would stick an 8'er in a heart beat. I have never had one cut line.
    19. Alex Holland 0
Sweet, the biggest gar I've ever seen is on lake Livingston and it was about 8 ft , I would've stuck him but I knew he would cut my line, and arrows arnt ...more cheap haha! @SwampMafia

Most of the gar are on the lower trinity river, and most of the cats are on lake Houston. I have details on all my blerts, as well as exact locations on some.
    21. Alex Holland 0
      Gar, and cats!? @SwampMafia
    22. Swamp Mafia 0
      Gar? Carp? Cats?
    23. Alex Holland 0
So where do you catch all these big monsters? @SwampMafia
    24. Swamp Mafia 0
      I can understand that.
    25. Alex Holland 0
Yea I can't really connect it the way I want because I would have to drill holes and I really don't wanna do the to the bow if ya know what I mean!? @SwampMafia
    26. Swamp Mafia 0
Ok, I looked at it, and some thing did not look correct. I love my AMS retriever, on my AMS Fire Eagle.

Yes, my bow is an Indian so it's pretty old and the reel is a left handed reel Cabelas didn't have any right handed ones haha
    29. Swamp Mafia 0
      Is your reel mounted up-side-down?
    30. Alex Holland 0
      Thanks! @SwampMafia
