Combined report of three trips 10-12/10-14 and 10-17. Fished from Thief Neck down to the dam. Smallmouth and largemouth were most active 10-12, seems warmer weather slowed things down. Water temps from 71-73, water clarity stained, fish relating to grass (LM) and rock/wood, (SM), most action on the main lake but some back in creeks where shad were heavy. Deep fish on Revenge 1/2 jigging spoon had to be over shad and bites were not consistent. No big fish to report therefore no pics. Very little in the way of jump fish action, almost none. Summary: fish not really on a pattern, you have to go shallow and deep, use many lure and as they say on Deadliest Catch "Shut up and "
