A photo of John McPherson's catch

I was perch fishing through the ice with a 5" hole when this 16.25 lb Northern Pike hooked up on my Rattlin' Rapala that I use as an attraction lure. I was by myself and had to drill and spud out the hole to land it. It wasn't easy opening the bale and letting the fish run while working on the hole, but it worked out.

Thanks to all. It was a great memory. Funny thing, that pike had nothing in it's stomach except spawn. I'd like to share the picture of the hole too, ...more I'm not sure how though, it's pretty funny to see.
