A friend of mine who went nightfishing with me. This is his 1st carp of the year. He also caught a cat but it was maybe 1lb so we did not get a picture.

Andy Grizzle 0I forgot to add.... When this fish initially ran, she spooled my friends reel. She pulled out the entire length of line from his reel in a matter of seconds. I ...more think she may have touched the other side of the lake as far as she went! He is not an avid fisherman, but enjoys going, so he had no clue she took all the line until I started frantically telling him to "reel!, reel!". It was a good fight too. One he will surely never forget.
