Fished up at Dwight D. Eisenhower park below the Lake Houston. Very disappointing. The map shows it bordering the San Jacinto River, but there’s no river or lake ...more access from the park. There is a nice lake in an abandoned oxbow, but not what I was hoping for. Didn’t see anyone catching anything, and neither did I. Why do they make river access so difficult?
