    So getting back into fishing game, but never ate fish until this year (haddock) what are some good freshwater fish to cook and what is the best way to cook em.

      Look at a breading called shore lunch. You coat the fillets in eggs and coat them in the shore lunch. All panfish are good and bass is only good in the winter. Northern ...more is also good but very tuff to fillet due to the small y bones in the meat
