Fishing the White River below Beaver Lake Dam at 11am and 61 degrees. Caught first rainbow trout on a silver spinner in 3 ft of water. North winds came and I had ...more to tag out at 37 degrees. Caught 2 fish, had 2 large bite and run. Waded to the middle for better access.
