First cast of the day and my pole managed to snap in half, for future advice DO NOT purchase cabelas brand poles

  3 casts later it broke. It was an h2o Xpress rod and academy asked no questions not even for a receipt.

  Sometimes we damage the poles without knowing. I hit my pole with my door once and checked it thoroughly saw no cracks but never know what happens internally. Went ...more out the next day and

  Cabelas has nice blanks. You must have got a lemon

  Tell em what happened, they will replace it no problem, no problem with their rods, you got a dud, or it got damaged at some point

  cabelas customer service is TOP NOTCH they will make it rite no mater how old the rod is.

  Call Cabelas. They shouldn't have a problem replacing your pole or at least working with you on getting something for it

  I got a lot of them and looking from yours, yours is a lower action or is a dud
