    went to paint yesterday, what a surprise, wonder how long before it is refilled

      in winter time they drain paint creek down so far to keep from flooding its not like that now

      I was there about a month ago really muddy and a lot of logs, water was real high nothing biting.

      That's really bizarre. All of the other lakes that are drawn down in the winter have been at full pool for a couple months.
