Hello all. with the rain kinda fading the fishing is picking up. We were out in the kayak for a couple hours below the spillway. Every cast produced. Although we ...more were targeting crappie we were picking up a mixture from bluegills to sunfish pumpkinseeds and bass. Also had a nice trout chasing and striking short on a minnow. With the weather starting to break its a good place to fish , close to home. we ( Jose , Krystal and myself ) fish here often. look for us on the island or in the Yellow Kayak...
