    gfp needs to close orman for two years and change limit to two fish and one over 20" tons of fish in the 10 to 12" range

      That's what is happening to Poinset out in Brookings. lot of ones under minimum limit. GFP won't ever do it because it brings in a lot of revenue. I do agree ...more with you though.
