Took my 3 year old on Saturday for a few hours. He caught 6 white bass and one large mouth on a yellow and white CB. He had a blast!

  He is really into it and of course gives me a chance to get out on the water more as well!

  Best thing you can do for a kid. Was just on the phone with my 37 year old son planning an inshore trip. Started him at about the same age.

  keep him fishing, I remember taking Barret when he was that size and today he can out fish me.
