Is there a law against fishing public waters? Or is it a park/marina policy?

They won't let you fish at that spot cause its a kids feeding spot but the lake has tins of them @SwampMafia @cjlfishing17

I just went fishing for carp only saw like 4. Then I see a picture of like 50. This is what I wish I saw, this is a carp fishermans heaven
