Couple of 23" plus walleye on the day. Overcast skies, 19" of ice, and caught around 6:30pm.
Good day on the ice. Caught a nice eye and to too it off a sturgeon. Don't see those everyday. Both caught on a jig and minnow.
Details: Walleye with a hot mackerel spoon
Hit just after sun down around 6pm in about 11 FOW. 21" about 3-4 pounds on a hot mackerel spoon tipped with medium sized minnow.
Fishing northern manitoba and anywhere else I can toss a line in.
