    10-12lb, murky water 44 degrees, sunny SSW winds at around 5 mph, beautiful start to brown season!

    Finally got enough ice to chase a couple fish around!! Not the best pic, but at least I made it out. About 3 good inches of ice, just enough to get out on.

    The storm of 2015 from out perspective in northern Michigan. Waiting for the ice, figured I would post a picture of the warm water storm this year. Killed thousands ...more of mature trees all over the county, classified as a state of emergency for the state of Michigan... Wish the water was a bit colder with some more ice.. Anyone out there doin any hard water fishin yet?? We cant wait up here.

    Didnt weigh the fish but I know it was a pig. Taped it at 23 inch, id guess maybe 6 lbs? Either way, how come everyone intake fishing catches bigger fish than me???

  9. Details: Lake Trout with a Pink head blue glow bloody nose spoon

    Have horrible temp in the big pond so we decided to try some inland trout fishin. Ended up with 2 nice fish, this one weighing in at 14.2 pounds, not bad.

    First king of the year for us. Water temp was a descent 65 surface with a thermo around 40 ft. Hit this big guy along with 5 lakers. Other people are beginning to ...more catch some kings as well. Looks like this year is going to be a good one so far.
