    Details: Smallmouth Buffalo with a cut bait

    caught on bulkhead 11/29 . I believed it was a Ghost Carp but was corrected and it's a small mouth buffalo.it weighed in @ 7lbs .used a leader rig with 4oz ...more weight and red 3" circle hook ...... striped bass as cut bait .
