    This spout was somewhere around the bolivar ferry cut. I was driving the sea wall heading towards south jetties.

      We use to see them a lot when we go offshore it's pretty cool to sit and watch from a distance. The pressure changes that it puts off turns the bite on

      Well I've never seen either before so I'm not sure what it was. Maybe a twister. I really don't know but it had everyone freaked out!

      Wicked. Probably stupid question, but when you say spout are you talking water spout? Different from tornado?
